A Mandala, which is Sanskrit for 'Circle' is a geometric design that deal of symbolism in Hindu and Buddhist cultures. Mandalas are great tools for meditation and increasing self - awareness. The circular designs symbolizes the idea that life is never ending and everything is connected. Mandalas have been shown in clinical studies to boost the immune system, reduce stress and pain, lower blood pressure, promote sleep and ease depression.
Students of Class 9 & 10 created their own mandalas. They explored on the uses of Mandalas and how it is related to Mathematics.
