Admission Norms for 2026-2027

MSMS was established in the year 1983 by the Jain community (minority) to propagate the practice of non-violence, tolerance and other codes of conduct which promote purity and truthfulness in behavior. The Constitution of India allows such propagation by minority institutions. Vegetarianism, abstinence from the use of alcohol and tobacco have been advised by Mahatma Gandhi, who was greatly influenced by TirthankarMahavira’s principles of life. This is also the policy of Govt. of India and the rights of minority community are protected under Article 30 of the Indian Constitution.

Admission procedure for General open seats:

The admission shall be made on the basis of fixed parameters and points as prescribed hereunder:-

In case the number of applications are in excess of the seats available, the admission shall be made by draw of lotsin the presence of applicant parents.
The date of draw (if adopted) would be intimated to all the affected parents.

PROPOSED SCHEDULE OF ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Distribution/Submission of Registration form	04.12.2025 (Thursday) to 27.12.2025 (Saturday) on all working days from 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
Last date of submission of filled applications/registration forms	27.12.2025 (Saturday) – up to 2.00 p.m.
Timings for submission of filled application/registration forms:- From 04.12.2025 (Thursday) to 26.12.2025 (Friday), on all working days On 27.12.2025 (Saturday)	MSMS-Junior Wing: 8.30 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. (Gujranwala Town) MSMS : 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. 8.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

Display of list of selected children (First list) and waiting list	23.01.2026 (Friday) – 09.00 a.m.
Resolution of queries of parents (if any) regarding allotment of points to their wards in the first list	24.01.2026 (Saturday) to 03.02.2026 (Tuesday)
Last date of payment of school fee by selected candidates of First list (subject to verification of all required documents with the original)	03.02.2026 (Tuesday) till 2.00 p.m
Display of Second list (if any)	09.02.2026 (Monday) – 09.00 a.m.
Resolution of queries of parents (if any) regarding allotment of points to their wards in the second list	10.02.2026 (Tuesday) to 16.02.2026 (Monday)
Last date of payment of school fee by selected candidates of Second list (subject to verification of all required documents with the original)	16.02.2026 (Monday) till 2.00 p.m.
Withdrawal of admission	In case of withdrawal of child from the school within one month from the date of the admission, the school shall deduct, Admission fees and one month and refund the balance fees. In case of withdrawal of child from the School after one month from the date of the admission , no refund shall be made.
If the seats remain unfilled the admission process will continue till all seats are filled up.
