Urja Arpan Workshop

Tata Power DDL, Rohini in collaboration with Go Sharpener (sustainable platform) organised an informative workshop on installation of rooftop solar panels under Urja Arpan initiative. Mr Yogesh Verma, Solar Power trainer at TPDDL, Rohini explained how photovoltaic cells present in solar panels convert solar energy into electricity and provided hands on learning related to components of solar panel and basics of installation. The workshop was highly beneficial for students as it increased awareness related to solar panels and its rooftops adoption. It also encouraged them to consider their future careers in field of clean energy.
