Youth for Ganga and Youth for Yamuna
As a part of “Youth for Ganga and Youth for Yamuna Awareness Program” organised by Eco Roots Foundation under Namami Gange, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India MSMS took initiative to encourage the river warriors of our school to participate in a street play showcasing the sustainable environmental practices to conserve the rivers.
To foster environmental awareness and to encourage active participation of the students in conserving our national rivers Ganga and Yamuna three teams of 12-14 students from grade VI to IX were selected and guided to perform the street play in the assembly on the themes- Save Rivers Today, Secure Tomorrow and Revive Rivers, Conserve Water, Sustain Life. The best team was selected for the final presentation.
The final presentation of the street play was done by our 14 river warriors on the theme: “Revive Rivers, Conserve Water, Sustain Life”. They pledged to make contributions towards a cleaner river and a healthy environment. The mesmerized presentation by the river warriors in the School Auditorium on Tuesday, 3rd February 2026 left the entire school audience spellbound with their powerful and impactful message and presentation.
