Students from Class X and XII participated in Online Heutanar Event held on 21st November,2022.

All the participants were provided with an enlightening and stimulating video to watch on the Topic- MINDFULNESS FOR INTERDEPENDENCE. They were given ample time for compilation of research findings and  assemblage of information required for the same prior to their online Heutanar Discussion session. 

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.Kindness and compassion meditation can open us up to recognition of these interdependencies and interconnections.  We can also monitor our own words on a daily basis to ensure that we do not unwittingly promote a narrow, distorted worldview.

The session widened   their minds and empowered holistic outlook. While working deligently in light of adaptive communication speaking skills students also started evolution of active and mindful listening.
