CELEBRATION OF VAN MAHOTSAV

 Initiated by the *Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change Van Mahotsav is an annual programme observed between July 1 and July 7 to raise awareness about the significance of forests and trees in maintaining ecological balance.

Principal ma’am, teachers and students participated in a Tree Plantation Drive in the school premises under Van Mahotsav Celebration. Various saplings, including neem, champa, etc were planted in designated areas. Each class was assigned a specific area for planting and maintaining the saplings. Our Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has launched ' *Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam'* Campaign on the occasion of World Environment Day. Our Mahavirians participated in this campaign by planting saplings and got their selfies clicked.
